We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient inventory management, and maintain smooth logistics processes. The candidate will be responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management

Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Ensure efficient handling of materials and accurate inventory control.

Maintain organized warehouse layout and proper storage practices.

Inventory & Stock Management

Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.

Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.

Ensure proper documentation of inbound and outbound shipments.

Team Supervision

Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff and workers.

Allocate daily tasks and ensure productivity targets are met.

Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.

Logistics & Dispatch Coordination

Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams for timely shipment and delivery.

Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and dispatch documentation.

Track shipments and resolve operational issues.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and quality standards.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Implement best practices in warehouse management.

Understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
