📌 About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented and energetic FMCG Sales Executive to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build strong distributor and retailer networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, increasing product visibility, and strengthening customer relationships in assigned territories.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Development

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territory.

Develop and expand retailer and distributor network.

Identify new business opportunities and increase market coverage.

Ensure availability and visibility of products across outlets.

Distributor & Retail Management

Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.

Monitor distributor performance and stock availability.

Conduct regular market visits and outlet coverage.

Merchandising & Brand Visibility

Ensure proper product display and merchandising standards.

Execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback.

Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams.

Track order execution and payment collections.

Strong sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

Territory management and market knowledge

Target-driven and result-oriented mindset

Basic reporting and MS Excel knowledge

🎓 Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (MBA Marketing preferred)

Experience in FMCG companies, distribution sales, or retail channel sales

Strong understanding of general trade / modern trade sales

Willingness to travel within assigned territory
