The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, increasing product visibility, and strengthening customer relationships in assigned territories.

Sales & Market Development
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territory.
Develop and expand retailer and distributor network.
Identify new business opportunities and increase market coverage.
Ensure availability and visibility of products across outlets.
Distributor & Retail Management
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
Monitor distributor performance and stock availability.
Conduct regular market visits and outlet coverage.
Merchandising & Brand Visibility
Ensure proper product display and merchandising standards.
Execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily sales reports and market feedback.
Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams.
Track order execution and payment collections.
